Be punctual to ensure a smooth start and end to each camp day:
As soon as you know that dropoff or pickup will be delayed beyond the provided 30-minute window, call Apex Climbing Gym at 574-217-7369 to let us know, and if possible provide an estimate of the expected dropoff / pickup time.
If pickup is delayed without notification 10 minutes beyond the normal pickup window, our staff will start calling the Authorized Adults listed on the contact form, in order, and requesting a pickup as soon as possible.
If pickup is delayed without notification 20 minutes beyond the normal pickup window, we reserve the right to charge a late pickup fee of up to $50 starting at $10 for the first such late pickup and increasing with each subsequent late pickup.

Team-Building Games: Activities to promote teamwork and camaraderie. These may be activities that do not involve climbing, such as backyard games.
Creative Time: Arts and crafts or educational sessions about climbing and safety.
Free Play: Supervised free time to explore and enjoy the gym’s facilities.
Participant Behavior
Our staff will treat each camper with respect and set clear expectations and boundaries at the start of each day and session.
Campers are expected to show respect to their peers and our staff, as well as treat the facilities and equipment with care. Clear expectations will be set each week and staff will help campers establish positive roles within the camp group.
For a camper who experiences difficulty with this structure, our staff will work with the camper and their parents/guardians to create an individualized plan that meets the needs of the camper while ensuring the safety and trust of other campers.
Frequent disrespect towards other campers or our staff or property will result repercussions:
The starting repercussion for misbehavior is a timeout followed by 1:1 discussion with staff so that the camper understands the misbehavior and expected behavior.
If misbehavior continues on the same day with the same camper, staff will call the camper’s Authorized Pick-Up Adults from the Contact Form to come and pick up the camper for the rest of the day. The Pick-Up Adult will be informed of the camper misbehavior and asked to work with the camper to understand and correct the misbehavior.
If misbehavior continues with the same camper during the camp week to the point of requesting pickup 2 days, then the camper may be dismissed from the camp.
Apex Climbing Gym will not refund any portion of registration dues due to repercussion for misbehavior.
